Account data (email, display name, authentication identifiers), profile and brand settings you enter, production data (briefs, prompts, storyboards, plan versions, render jobs and exports), and operational data (render logs, engine health and error diagnostics used to route providers and keep the service reliable).

Voice input used in Director Live is transcribed to text for the sole purpose of executing your spoken edit.

To provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep it secure and reliable (legitimate interests), to comply with legal obligations, and — for anything non-essential such as analytics or marketing storage — on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings.

Cooliful routes generation work to third-party AI engines for video, image, voice, music and sound, and uses cloud hosting, database and storage providers. Your prompts and related inputs are transmitted to the selected engine to produce your render. These processors act on our instructions under data-processing agreements, and international transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Production artefacts are kept only as long as needed to operate the service and may be rotated or removed. Cooliful is not an archive: each user is responsible for backing up any video or asset they want to keep, to any storage solution they choose. Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising where applicable. We do not sell personal information. Contact StrandaData through the channel published on the Cooliful website; EU/EEA and UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

Cooliful is not intended for children below the age of digital consent in their country. We do not knowingly process their personal data.
